Executive Assistant
Administrative Office - Executive Office
Salary & Benefits: $38,000 - $40,000/year + Excellent Benefits
Specific Responsibilities: Accountable to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Responsible for managing the function of the Administrative front office and provide assistance to the CEO and senior executive team. Serve as administrative liaison for CEO in his ongoing interactions with staff, Board of Directors, key community leaders, politicians, the public and other key stakeholders. Manage multiple administrative and executive support functions and tasks effectively and professionally. Coordinate functions of executive department with other agency departments including, but not limited to, programs, marketing & development, fiscal and information technology. Specific duties outlined in job description provided if called for an interview.
Qualifications: Experience working with executive staff and board is preferred. Ability to think creatively, analytically, and anticipatorily. Excellent organizational skills and self-initiating. Flexible, diplomatic, yet attentive to detail. Strong management, clerical and computer skills. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Enthusiastic, positive, pride in work, professional and able to maintain confidentiality.
