Program Services
Substance Abuse Treatment & Recovery: Our goal is to provide services that will support pregnant and parenting young women (ages 12-18) to gain sobriety and deliver a health, drug-free baby, while increasing their knowledge of child development, parenting and life skills. The Teen Options program works collaboratively with other community partners to ensure that all participants have resources for pre/post-natal health care, education/employment and housing.
- Case Management
- Child development and parenting classes and groups
- Substance abuse education and recovery support
- Individual and family counseling
- Independent living skills training
- Health education (including information and testing for sexually transmitted infections)
- Academic support
- Assistance with transportation
- Access to cribs, strollers, diapers, clothing and other baby/parent needs (provided as an incentive for achievement)
 16 babies were born healthy and drug-free at Teen Options last year.

Proud Parenting: A program designed for young parents (ages 14 to 25) with the goal of enhancing the parent's ability to develop health relationships and positive parenting skills.
- Featuring: education and activities to increase the knowledge of childrearing practices; peer support groups; the opportunity to share parenting concerns and experiences in a safe environment
- Who is Eligible? Anyone between the ages of 14 and 25 who is pregnant, parenting or the primary caregiver for their sibling or close family member.
- This group meets two times a week for eight weeks. It includes $100 gift card incentives, free family activities and a certificate of completion.
Options for Health: A program designed to encourage healthy lifestyle choices for parents (12-25) and their young children (0-5). Classes cover topics such as nutrition for you & your child, food safety, oral care, obesity prevention & physical activity.
- Participants receive free nutrition and fitness activities & classes including yoga, mommy & me fitness, meal planning, recipe modification, & cooking.
- Classes meet twice per week for 8 weeks. Completion of the program includes a completion certificate and gift cards totaling $100 plus access to diapers, strollers, etc.
STARS (Surviving Together, Achieving and Reaching for Success): A program designed for teen girls between the ages of 13 and 17 who have experienced sexual exploitation and prostitution. The goal is to empower young women to escape sexual exploitation by developing their inner strengths, building a sense of community and supporting their reintegration into mainstream society. The group meets weekly for 12 weeks and provides the following:
Independent Living Skills Education
- Individual/Group Counseling
- Case Management
- Community referrals for school, health, job placement, housing, etc.
- Recreational activities
- Snack and dinner provided at every group
- Childcare for parenting teens
- Graduation ceremony and certificate of completion

Project CHOICES: A program designed for 15 to 25 year old non-pregnant females that drink alcohol and are not using birth control at all or not effectively. The goal of the program is to prevent Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder Project CHOICES offers:
