The Take Wing site promotes privacy and a sense of community, which help to provide a safe and secure living environment. The program serves the psychological, social, educational, and economic needs of all residents through self-help, family support, and counseling. Take Wing offers a range of activities and services to support young adults who follow the Take Wing Application Process and meet program eligibility requirements. Please note that applications are not available online and will only be given in a 1-on-1 appointment that will be scheduled with the youth in the days following the informational meeting.

Benefits of Program Participation
- Affordable housing: Community members pay reduced rent and utilities as part of their responsibilities
- Case Management that provides consistent, individualized support to residents
- Counseling
- Independent living skills training that focuses on practical and usable skills such as nutrition, parenting, housekeeping, budgeting, and employment education
- Eligibility for Section 8 housing vouchers for qualified participants
